Do I need a domain?

Yes, to set up your website you will need to have registered a domain name.

Can I install a theme?

SprintWP comes setup with an optimised theme and page builder. External themes cannot be installed.

Do you offer email?

We include business email in all of our plans. You can set up as many accounts as you need up to your storage limit.

Where are your servers located?

We have servers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Choose the location closest to you!

How long does setup take?

Once your account is approved, we'll get started installing WordPress for you and setting up your SSL and domain. This is usually completed within 48 hours.

Can I install a plugin?

SprintWP websites come optimised with all the essentials you need to ensure your website is fast and secure. If you have a requirement not covered just let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Am I tied into a contract?

We offer both monthly and annual plans. There are no contracts and you can cancel at anytime.

Will my website be SEO optimised?

All SprintWP websites include a professional SEO plugin. We set up all the basics for you that you can then optimise for your business category.

Can I take online bookings?

Yes! If you run a business that takes bookings we will set up a bookings plugin. Set up staff, appointments and services. It even syncs with Google Calendar!

I already have a website, can you help me migrate it?

Absolutely! Contact us and we'll be able to provide you with a quote to migrate it over.

How does the email marketing work?

We include a drag and drop email marketing plugin that will easily allow you to email your contacts (up to 10,000 contacts).

I sell online, what plan do I choose?

Our specialist Sprint Commerce plan includes WooCommerce. Your website will have dedicated resources with twice daily backups - perfect for selling online.
